STEAKS*

We've got great steaks! All of our steaks are Certified Angus Beef®, 9-30 months maturity, grain-fed, graded USDA choice or prime.  After starting with the finest beef, the loins are aged for a minimum of 4-5 weeks for tenderness and flavor. When the time is right, they are cut and trimmed of most of the excess fat, leaving only enough for flavor.  Then we prepare the steaks and flame-broil them on our charbroiler.  A lot of people have asked, "is it worth it?" We feel that all the aging, hand-cutting, seasoning and open-flame cooking to bring you the best steak is well worth the extra effort.  See if you don't agree that "we've got great steaks!"

How to order our steaks to your taste. Order your steak

exactly the way you'd like it grilled. If you'd like a thicker

steak (like the filet or top sirloin) grilled medium well or well done, ask to have it "butterflied" or opened up and cut in two steaks for faster service.

Rare: Brown-seared crust with a cool red center 

Medium Rare: Brown-seared crust with a warm red center

Medium: Outside of steak well done, dark brown with a hot pink center

Medium Well: Outside dark brown, inside done with a thin line of pink in the center

Well: Outside dark brown, center cooked thoroughly

Please allow additional time for steaks cooked medium well or well.
