We've got great steaks!
All of our steaks are Certified Angus Beef*, 9-30 months
maturity, grain-fed, graded USDA choice or prime. After starting
with the finest beef, the loins are aged for a minimum of 4-5
weeks for tenderness and flavor. When the time is right, they
are cut and trimmed of most of the excess fat, leaving only
enough for flavor. Then we prepare the steaks and flame-broil
them on our charbroiler. A lot of people have asked, "is it
worth it?" We feel that all the aging, hand-cutting, seasoning
and open-flame cooking to bring you the best steak is well worth
the extra effort. See if you don't agree that "we've got great
steaks!"
